Our ordering process is very secure.
  • 256 bit Encryption.  We provide the use of a 256 bit secure server (SSL) when you place your order.  All information is encrypted by the software before it is sent.
  • Data Security.  We do not house your sensitive credit card data; it is forwarded directly to our credit card processor, PayPal, a global leader in online payment.  Our online store is hosted by 3dCart, who uses the largest data centers around the United States.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, in addition to the credit card information mentioned above, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We will not share your personal information with any 3rd party other than those needed to process your order (credit card processing, shipping) and only in association with those orders.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Paisley Originals site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Return and Exchanges
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your Paisley Originals purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt by refunding the purchase price of the item or by exchanging the item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please keep in mind that because of the use of natural items (stones, pearls, etc)in many of the designer pieces, slight natural imperfections will occur in color and shape.

To return or exchange an item:

  • Contact us
    • Contact us at Returns@PaisleyOrginals.com for return instructions. Please provide your order number and receipt date. Also, let us know if you want a refund or would prefer an exchange.
  • Ship item to us
    • Items to be returned must be in their original, unused condition. Items must be shipped in their original package or similar secure packaging. Please insure your package when returning it to us, since we cannot be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
  • Confirmation from us
    • After your item is received and your return/exchange has been processed, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

Repair

Paisley Originals stands behind the quality of our jewelry. We will repair your item, free of charge, if it breaks within 90 days from purchase date. Items requested for repair after this date, can be repaired for a nominal fee.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping & Handling

Most orders will ship within one business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Paisley Originals or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Jewelry Care

How to care for your jewelry
  • Jewelry goes on last after make-up, perfume, lotion, and hairspray.
  • Wipe jewelry with a soft cloth, after wearing to remove oils.
  • Store all jewelry with care in a jewelry box or similar container to protect.
  • Store Pearls in a soft bag (not air tight) and clean only with water.
  • Store Sterling Silver in a ziploc bag (air tight) or Sterling Silver pouch, so it will not tarnish.  If it does tarnish, use a silver polishing cloth to clean.
